Brooklyn's low & slow meats

All of our house smoked meats are cooked for hours over smoldering hickory wood. This process takes patience but rewards you with a distinctly southern smoke flavor producing a perfectly tender and juicy result. We don't slather our meat with sauce but we would be happy to provide you with our house made BBQ sauces.
